Partnership for Animal Welfare

Partnership for Animal Welfare began in 1996 with just a handful of volunteers with the goal to save any animal that needed our help. Now with over 300 volunteers, we still are continuing our efforts to find “forever homes” for dogs and cats who are strays, abandoned, neglected, abused, owner surrender, puppy mills, and intake requests from Montgomery and Prince Georges County, Maryland and Tucker County, West Virginia before a dog or cat is euthanized because of over crowded shelters. PAW provides veterinary care and shelter for each animal that we rescue.
